Acceleration, Adaptation, Application & Action: Leading and Learning in the Flow of Work
Each of us has faced- and will continue to face- dramatic changes and uncertainties navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. As we transition to a “new normal”, it’s clear that we will need to learn faster than the rate of change in order to effectively lead. How can leaders effectively learn and lead in this new environment? How can leaders adapt and apply their insights in an accelerated post COVID environment? During this session, we’ll consider the post COVID-19 environment and the challenges and opportunities it presents. In addition, we’ll reflect on how to more effectively create the space for our (and our team’s) learning and personal growth. At her current role at MIT, she has a breadth of responsibilities including leading MIT Sloan’s most popular experiential learning course, Global Entrepreneurship Lab.
