Beyond Leaning In
Much of the advice for professional women focuses on the need to lean in, but what about the barriers to doing so, or the unequal rewards (and even penalties) when women do lean in? Achieving gender equity requires that women and men work together to tackle systemic and cultural challenges, and that organizations understand how younger generations view the “lean in” mantra differently than previous generations have in the past. This session will discuss what’s needed for employees across genders and generations to collaborate with one another.
