Managing Yourself Comes Before Leading Others
Leadership is an inside-out proposition – it’s about understanding and leveraging what makes us unique. In this fast-paced one-hour session, we will look at stories from our own lives and mine them for new insights about our purpose, perspectives, values, and strengths – and how these can enhance our leadership capabilities. Leadership takes courage and we can find that courage by connecting with the leader inside and bringing her out, more fully, into the world. ***** Margaret Andrews is the founder of Higher Ed Associates and brings over twenty years of professional experience in higher education, business, consulting, and teaching to the firm.
