Women Championing Women: Mentoring and Support for Emerging Talent

Business Challenge Activity: Brainstorming & Participation from the Audience. Austral Group will host a guided ideation session. We will work with a challenge presented by the co-founder and CEO of Quipu Market from Colombia, a platform that enables communities to re-design their economies by changing the way micro-businesses transact and the way credit assessment is done. Mentorship is extremely important to make informed decisions, leveraging the experience of others.  During the session, we will collectively come up with tactics to increase the amount of female mentors that can support emerging entrepreneurs in Latin America's very patriarchal society.
