Week 3 (Tues, Sept 19, 11:00am-12:00pm) – Supercharging Your Reach with Your Own Personal Board
In this final session, we’ll dive into the concept of creating your personal board. Explore how assembling a group of trusted mentors, coaches, and supporters can supercharge your professional development and expand your influence. Learn how to nurture and leverage these relationships to enhance your leadership skills, navigate challenges, and reach new heights in your career.
Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded academics, share experiences, and gain valuable insights from real-world examples.
The course will include weekly live Zoom sessions, recorded video lessons, worksheets, and weekly assignments to meet and learn from your peers.
