By using membership.wibenetwork.com and wibenetwork.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Please be advised the site is hosted in the United States.  If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States

In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Overview. The terms “The Company” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Women in Business Education, LLC. The term the “Site” refers to membership.wibenetwork.com or wibenetwork.com. The terms “Client” “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to customers, members and any other users of the site.

Service. Women in Business Education, LLC is a membership site for virtual webinars, workshops, courses, resources and other content related to supporting women’s leaderships in business academia (the “Service”).  Women in Business Education LLC reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the services listed if the need arises, without prior notice.

Account Creation.  In order to use the Service, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, title, university name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Women in Business Education, LLC will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Order Confirmation. We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery and ongoing payments. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Payment. You are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then annually there following on the same date. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Women in Business Education LLC does not accept payment via checks.

Duration of Agreement. Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased Service. You agree and understand that access to the Service may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the Service (web hosting, membership site plugins, etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against Women in Business Education LLC when there are reasonable delays in the access of the Service.

Women in Business Education LLC reserves the right to terminate the Service, and or access to certain features of the Service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

For annual subscriptions you will receive 365 days access. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your annual subscription at any time and your access to the Site will end at the end of the current contracted term.

Cancellation & Refunds

Membership: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for annual membership should you be unhappy with the Service in your first month of membership. To request a refund please contact support at: support@membership.wibenetwork.com.

You may also cancel your annual subscription at any time via your account page, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.  Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and virtual meetings, once your current membership period is completed.  The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.  No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.

Courses: Women in Business Education LLC from time-to-time, provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale separately to the membership. By purchasing these products you are given access to all the content for our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner. You may cancel your purchase of a course and be fully refunded no more than two days prior to the official live start date.  Once the live course has begun, no refunds will be given.

Refusal of Service. We reserve the right to remove the accounts held by any individuals misrepresenting their work experience or representing positions or titles that don’t reflect the necessary qualifications for membership.

Intellectual PropertyThe Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Women in Business Education including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

Exclusions and Limitations. The information on this web site is provided on an “as is” basis. The information contained on this Website and the resources available for download through this Website are for educational and informational purposes only. ​ The information contained on this Website and the resources available for download through this Website is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women in Business Education LLC:

The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Third Party Resources. The Site and the Service may contain links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with Women in Business Education LLC. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.

Notices. All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and properly addressed as follows:

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Changed Terms. We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site.

Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia in the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
